Solo, small animal practice in the Evansville area. It is a busy and growing practice that provides full medical, surgical, diagnostic and dental services to pets from the surrounding communities – and have been doing so for 45 years! The practice is well-equipped with Idexx in-house lab equipment, digital x-ray, therapy laser and more. It is housed in a 3,300 square foot facility that has all the usual amenities. There is plenty of parking and the property has room for future expansion. The owner will help with the transition and the team is expected to stay.
