South Central Virginia [ VAAAH ]

This exclusive small animal practice has been serving our community for more than 30 years. The practice is located near a small town in south-central Virginia. We are within 1/2 to 1 hour of several major cities. Nearby are several large recreational lakes, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Staunton River. The area has a lot of boating, hiking, fishing, and kayaking opportunities. The town has parks and a large modern YMCA with sports, a fitness center, a pool, and consistent, affordable child care. We have a Veterinary Emergency practice within a half-hour drive to support all of our closed hours.
The business site is on 2.39 acres of grass and wooded land with no other buildings nearby. There is room to expand to large animal practice, should you want, and there is a demand as well. There is a fenced exercise yard, indoor kennels, and cages for cats and small and large dogs. There is plenty of room for medical and surgical cases, plus boarding and grooming as well. There are three well-equipped exam rooms, a treatment room, a surgery room, a dental area, an isolation room, and a grooming area. We have digital radiology, a full in-house Idexx laboratory suite, and new (2022) computers with Avimark software throughout the hospital.
