ILRRK North Central Illinois Small Animal Practice
The current owner established this small animal practice in 1981 in north-central Illinois. The 1728 square foot freestanding building sits on a one-acre lot adjacent to a busy intersection. The owner chose the location because it is a flourishing rural community with several growing subdivisions within a ten-mile radius of the practice. The single-doctor facility serves its clients with two exam rooms, a surgical room, a treatment room, Impromed software, and cool therapy laser.
This authentic mid-western town is home to many great parks, each offering its unique atmosphere and activities. Its extensive bike path network encourages walking, jogging, and biking.
There is no shortage of entertainment offerings with diverse national and local restaurants, craft breweries, festivals, live music, and museums. Several corporations in the aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, and robotic industries choose to invest in the county, where they train and employ residents.
