St. Louis Area: Kirkwood Area

Established in 1958, we see families across multiple generations with patients aged 3 to 102 years old. With over 1100 active patients we have been honored to maintain long-term family relationships.

We are a general dental office open three days per week grossing $360,000. I have been actively restoring implants for 30 years working with excellent surgical offices. Endodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery have been referred out. By expanding to four or five days per week and keeping some specialty procedures in house, there is tremendous opportunity for future growth for the buying dentist.

The 1600 square foot spacious, up-to-date office includes reception/waiting area, business office, four treatment rooms with professionally crafted cabinetry, and an ADA-compliant rest room. The office also has a separate sterilization area, lab and storage room with a stacked washer/dryer, lunchroom, private doctor’s office, and a sound-proofed mechanical room for the vacuum and compressor systems.

Open Dental is our practice management software. We use digital panoramic and digital x-rays. The office has seven computer workstations with a dedicated server.

The office has large windows in all four treatment rooms and is in move-in condition. The Kirkwood area is much sought after and adds to the practice growth potential.

Our staff includes two hygienists that average 2.5 days/week, a dental assistant, and an office receptionist/manager. Hygiene is booked out for six months with a short notice list for last-minute cancellations. We are in network for several PPOs with no HMOs or Medicaid.
