Metro East near STL near Columbia and Very Profitable near Columbia, Illinois

I have been practicing general dentistry in the same location for 26 years. My practice is in a small town in Metro East near St. Louis. It is a great community in which to live in and raise a family. The community is very loyal to all of the local businesses.
The office has two treatment rooms and is plumbed for two more rooms for expansion. There is a 1080 square foot house that comes with the office. It can be used as a residence or rental property. It is currently being rented. There is a blacktop parking lot and a wheel chair ramp.
I work a four day work week, Monday through Thursday. I stay very busy and my schedule is full. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to get a daytime appointment and 6-8 weeks to get an appointment after 5 p.m. I have one receptionist/assistant who has worked for me for almost 20 years.
I have a very strong recall system with over half of my patients making their 6 month recall before they leave the office. I do all prophys myself. I refer out most endo, oral surgery, perio and pedo.
This is a highly profitable office with very low overhead and a lot of room for expansion. I have 2000 active patients. I do not advertise, and most of the patients are referred by word of mouth.
