Very busy West County practice. 3 1/2 day work week collects $1.3M annually and growing! Great work-life balance. The week ends on Thursday at 1:00pm. No Fridays or weekends.

You'd be working with a dedicated staff that are gifted in connecting with patients. Some of the nicest people walk through our front door. We do not advertise. It is all word of mouth referrals. There are generations of families associated with this office.

Restoratively, we work out of two ops. We are heavy on crown and bridge work. There is also a lot of custom implant restoration, composite restoration and esthetic bonding. All endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics and removable are referred out. If these were kept in house the financial potential is endless.

Our hygiene staff is second to none. There are four full time hygienists. Each has a dedicated op with stationary x-ray unit, laptop, and ultra-sonic scaler. Digital sensors and panoramic diagnostic tools are utilized with Dentrix software.

The front desk staff leads the show. They know how to book a schedule. Collections have never been a problem. Their insurance experience is immeasurable. They have three computer stations and a server. We are a FFS and PPO practice. No HMO or Medicaid.

The free standing office building is 6000sqft total. 3000sqft is dedicated to the ADA compliant dental office, with 4 hygiene ops and two restorative. There is adequate room to add two additional operatories if desired.

Reception area is large enough for patient comfort and allows for social distancing. Laundry facilities and lunch room on site. There are staff and patient restrooms. There is a large supply room with enough PPE to last a well over a year. Open sterilization area and a closed wet lab.
