Provide was recognized as a best place to work in the medium category (50–99 employees) in Central Ohio by Columbus Business First at their awards gala on Thursday, Nov. 17.

The Columbus Business First Best Places to Work Awards is the region’s original and longest-running workplace recognition program. The award recognizes companies that maintain an employer-of-choice culture.

Employees had the opportunity to fill out a survey sharing their feedback on working for Provide, leadership, and the company’s overall culture. These scores were aggregated and determined the ranking of the organization.

“We’ve always believed that intentional investment in culture can be a powerful driver of business success and durability,” said Provide Chief Business Officer Andrew Bennett. “Our co-founders Dan Titcomb and James Bachmeier III laid the foundation of a collaborative, empathetic culture when they started Provide in 2013, and we’re deeply honored by this award’s affirmation of our continued investment in that culture as we’ve scaled the company.”

In the last several years, Provide has expanded its footprint in Central Ohio with a team of over 70 employees based in Columbus. As a national fintech, its mission is to financially empower healthcare providers to achieve their practice ownership dreams with great people and innovative technology.
