Dan is responsible for company strategy at Provide, and leads finance and corporate development. After co-founding Provide in a one bedroom San Francisco apartment (Dan slept on the couch), he built out the company’s lending strategy, securing billions in commitments from bank partners. Prior to Provide, Dan was a renewable energy growth equity investor with New World Capital in New York City. Dan majored in Government at Connecticut College and is a proud Minnesotan, an avid skier, mountain biker and surfer.

James leads revenue and operations for Provide. After founding Provide from a San Francisco apartment, James helped architect the company’s complex lending infrastructure and built a team that has grown loan origination run-rate from zero to $100 million in a year, and over half a billion today. James is a musician and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and played baseball at Hamline University.

Tony brings to Provide 20 years of experience managing technology and operations for enterprise software and Internet companies. Prior to joining Provide, Tony served as Mosaic's CTO and COO, where he led the company's product, engineering, IT, and loan operations functions -- and led the nation's leading solar lender through a period of growth to profitability and $1 billion in annual originations of solar loans, with a service portfolio in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to Mosaic, Tony served as VP of Engineering at Chegg (CHGG), where he led multiple engineering teams responsible for building the technology that serviced millions of students and hundreds of millions of dollars of orders annually. Before Chegg, he served as VP of Engineering at Cramster, where he built the technology and operations organization through multiple rounds of venture financing until its eventual acquisition by Chegg. Before that, Tony led technology at an enterprise software company, as well as other Internet startups. Tony holds a B.S. in biomedical and electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. -
Andrew Bennett

As Provide's GM of Practice Lending, Andrew oversees all day-to-day operations of the company's practice lending business. He joined the company in 2015 as its third employee and has worn numerous hats during his tenure, working alongside Provide’s founders to build the company’s growth, capital markets, product, and business operations infrastructure from the ground up.
Before joining Provide, Andrew spent seven years as a high school and college educator, teaching everything from physics to organizational communication to baseball. He graduated summa cum laude from Hamline University with degrees in mathematics and physics and earned an M.S. in organizational management from Misericordia University. Before entering the real world, Andrew enjoyed a brief and unspectacular career as a professional baseball player. -
Sean Simon

Before joining Provide in May 2017, Sean worked in underwriting for Bank of America Practice Solutions, most recently as a VP in Credit Products, focused on financing emerging Management Service Organizations in the healthcare industry. Prior to working with MSOs, Sean provided financing to both start-ups and established practices, including acquisitions, additional locations, and more traditional small business financing. Sean is a graduate of Miami University, where he majored in finance, and of The Ohio State University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration.

Amy joined Provide in July 2019 with over eight years of experience in financial planning and analysis, most recently at a meal-kit delivery company. As Director of FP&A, she partners with both internal and external stakeholders in order to run the forecast and budget process, while also providing insight into financial results. After a two-year stint in New York, she is happy to be back in San Francisco with her family, including her husband -- who happens to be a dentist.

Chad joined Provide in March 2019 as the company’s Regional Director of Practice Finance for the Northeast. In November 2020, he was elevated to National Sales Director, a role in which he drives loan volume growth across multiple channels, overseeing Provide's nationwide team of regional directors and managing the company’s partnerships with other top organizations in healthcare. Prior to joining Provide, Chad spent nearly a decade at Bank of America Practice Solutions, where he played an integral role in the division’s growth to $2 billion in annual loan originations. Consistently recognized as a leader and top producer in practice finance, Chad is known for his consultative approach with doctors, educating and serving them beyond the financing process. Chad is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned B.S. degrees in political science and philosophy. He lives in New York with his wife and two daughters.
